1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the MGCU PYQ Portal (the "Portal"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Eligibility

The MGCU PYQ Portal is exclusively designed for students of Mahatma Gandhi Central University, Bihar (MGCU). By using this Portal, you confirm that you are either:

• A current enrolled student of MGCU
• An alumnus of MGCU
• An MGCU faculty or staff member

We prohibit access to individuals from outside the MGCU community. Unauthorized access by non-MGCU members is strictly forbidden.

3. Permitted Use

The Portal grants you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to:

• Access: View and access previous year question papers (PYQ)
• Download: Download question papers for personal study purposes
• Print: Print downloaded papers for your personal use
• Share: Share materials with other MGCU students for educational purposes

4. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Redistribute or resell the materials for commercial purposes
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the portal content
• Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the portal or its systems
• Engage in any form of hacking, phishing, or malicious activity
• Use automated tools or scripts to scrape the portal
• Interfere with or disrupt the normal functioning of the portal
• Share access credentials with non-MGCU members or unauthorized users
• Post or transmit offensive, obscene, or defamatory content

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All question papers, content, and materials on the MGCU PYQ Portal are the intellectual property of Mahatma Gandhi Central University, Bihar. You may not claim ownership, modify, or use these materials outside the scope permitted by these Terms of Service.

The Portal itself and all its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the Portal creators and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. User Submissions and Contact

When you submit content through our contact form (emails, bug reports, suggestions, or corrections), you grant us the right to use, modify, and publish such content without royalty or other compensation. This helps us improve the Portal.

For paper uploads and contributions, please work directly with the Portal administrators.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Portal and its contents are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding:

• Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the question papers
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Uninterrupted or error-free access
• Security of the platform

We do not guarantee that question papers are exactly as they appeared in actual exams or contain no errors.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Portal creators, MGCU, or any related parties be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Portal, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data
• Business interruption
• Academic damages or exam preparation issues
• Loss of income or revenue

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Portal creators and MGCU from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms of Service or your use of the Portal in any unlawful manner.

10. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any access credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Portal at any time, without notice, for violating these Terms of Service or engaging in prohibited use. Upon termination, your right to use the Portal ceases immediately.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Portal after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms of Service.

13. No Technical Guarantee

While we strive to maintain the Portal, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that all materials will be permanently available. Technical issues, maintenance, or other factors may result in temporary or permanent unavailability.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bihar, India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bihar.
